Solution for Blackberry syncing issues

Problem Description: Blackberry calendar sync issues.


Resolution Steps:
Open into Calendar, click your track pad/ball and select Options. In Options select Desktop
Make sure Wireless Synchronization “Yes”, you can also try to set it to "No", exit and save.
Go back in Calendar Options\Desktop and set Wireless Synchronization to "Yes", exit and save.
Allow 15-30 minutes for synchronization to occur.
If the calendar appointment does not sync please delete/undelete the below service books:


Follow the below steps:
  • Highlight Desktop [CICAL] press the menu key left of the track ball\pad and delete.
  • Wait 5 minutes and in Service Book press the menu key again and undelete.
  • Make sure the Desktop [CICAL] service book is back before continuing.
  • Highlight Desktop [SYNC] press the menu key left of the track ball\pad and delete.
  • Wait 5 minutes and in Service Book press the menu key again and undelete.
  • Verify both Desktop [CICAL] & Desktop [SYNC] are both in service books.
Note: Warning you can only delete and undelete 1 service book at a time, so don’t delete both and then try to undelete or only the last service book deleted with the return to the device.
