Problem Description: Unable to execute any commands in command prompt as a user. Resolution Step: Computer-> Right click->Properties->Advanced system settings -> Advanced ->Environment variables, go to  System variables -> select PATH and add the  below system  path at the end C:\Windows\System32; (or) %SystemRoot%\system32; (End with Semi colon) Click on OK, Click on OK in Environment variable and OK in system Properties window Close the Command prompt window and Reopen the window   Share to someone if you want you to let any one know same and help them.
